Thanks for the help I will look into that ASAP! I had a single acting cylinder attached and it would not move either way so I think you are probably right about the valve. I don't think it could be the hose couplers or anything like that as they are all new equipment and worked fine previously. Another question: I found the cap for the relief valve in the bottom of the resivoir. Does this have a specific purpose other than keeping the bypassed oil from spraying inside the pump? Or could this be some of my problem too?
