I have a H that has already been converted to 12v, to start I bought the tractor last year and the only problem I had was I would have to disconnect the positive cable or it would discharge. I wnet to start the other day and it only clicked, I thought it might be the battery was low so I tried jumping with the same result. there did seem to be a lot of arcing when I tried this. I also tried bypassing the starter switch with nothing. I was thinking with the amount of arcing that I got that it might be a ground problem, the ground is attached to one of the starter bolts. Also any ideas on the discharge problem? thanks in advance for any help.
