Clean it up real well, inside and out. If you cut your replacement hose stubs a little long, and coat the inside with dish soap, you"ll be able to slide both ends so you can get one end on, slide the elbo in past where it needs to end up, get the other end on, and then slide it back in the first hose to it"s final position. That"s probable clear as mud, but I hope you get the idea. Worked for me, but you can"t do it without new hoses.
