F-20 and Regular Info.

My Dad is looking into buying a Farmall Regular. He already has a 1938 F-20. The question is what's the difference between the two? Also, he's looking for a distributor cap & rotor button for the F-20. I noticed two different post that made reference to RICE EQUIPTMENT. Both of 'em had different phone numbers. One had 814-227-9200 the other was 814-226-9200. Which one is correct? Also, if you have any other links for parts please list them. He love to find some places sort of close to GA. LOL Thanks,
