I have the pan off. I should have been more clear. I can see the bull gear, but can't really get a good look where the shaft goes through the gear. Everything is nice and clean, although there was only several teaspoons of oil in either pan. I have both sides off. I havn't tried to remove the right side yet. A little gun shy now. I have done many Cubs and Super A in the past with no problems, but this one is really stuck. The shaft will move about 1/4" or so and stops when the gear hits the casting on the other side. I wonder if I put a little heat on the gear if that will help. I will give it another go tonight.
