jbp is right. Heat to 300 degrees in the oven for about 20 min. Might want to wrap ice baggies around the end of the crank while the pulley is heating up. Like Andrew said, have block of wood and hammer ready.
Make sure the first batch of cookies out of the oven after the pulley goes to the neighbors house!!
