McCormick Deering 15-30 seat assembly

My brother and I are redoing a 1928 15-30. The parts manual we have shows a seat support with a round tube going up and a big spring down low to soften the ride. I have only seen tractors like this with the flat steel riser bolted to the floor with the seat bolted on top. Does anyone have information on the round tube, spring type? Or better yet, does anyone have one for sale?
