Did mine a couple of years ago. As said they are a very simple box. Common problem is that water gets in to the box and rusts out the ball bearings. They are available from any bearing shop, as the rings were fine to use again in my case. Replace the bearings, set up the adjustments and it should be a lot better. I had a new peg made up for mine as the old one was toast. The worm was very worn too, but it works ok now. Cheers, rex
