If you go the lining route - use Red Kote. Knock all the junk out and wash it out good with MEK. Then cut your Red Kote 50/50 with MEK so that it gets around the tank's baffle. Pour it in, roll all around, and drain - but save it. Tomorrow give it a second coat and give it a week to dry. If you can force air through it to help dry , better yet. I did my A an it was in tough shape. No issues since! Good luck.
