bill, i have done some tank liners myself, but the last couple i had the radiator shop do them for me. last one cost me 125.00 to boil out the tank and install the liner. i thought it was pretty reasonable. by the time you clean the tank, wash it out with m.e.k. and acetone, and then put the liner in , its a couple days of on and off work.
