Hey guys. In post #698248 I asked about the best way to remove the oil pan gasket from the crankcase. I got a lot of great ideas and I tried them all, except the air chisel.(I didn't have one)I tried Berryman's spray on gasket removal and that didn't work. So, I got the bright idea to try Easy Off oven cleaner. It worked great... I sprayed it on, waited for a few hours and started scraping with the chisel and it came right off. Try it!!!
