Just wondering if any of you guys here are familiar with this. My brother has the tractor and has the shifting fork broke on it, and has the cover off, the fork is right in front on a shaft, can't figure out how to get the shaft out, there was a mention of some devil rings or other that hold it in there, the shaft slides back and forth about 3/8 in or so, but can't see the ends. Also wonder if anybody knows a good place to buy a replacement cheap, or if it can be welded and replaced, the local IH dealer wants $309.

P.S. My interest in this is tied to the fact that it has a loader on it, and I want him to move some snow for me.
