Boyz, that it a lot of questions. If you put too many questions in one post, some usually get skpped. Looks like all yours have been at least touched on but I'll try to get a little more specific.
Louisville production started in 1947 when A/B was moved to the plant. Cub started up there later in the same year. The first Super was the Super A which replaced the A at the end of '47. C production started in early '48. The next Super was the Super C in '51. Part of the Super M production was there in '52-'54.
Later production there included the A/B updates: 100, 130, 140, 200, 230, 240, 404 and industrial variants.
Completion of british models as Hugh described. They also installed engines on the gas versions of those models.
A bunch of Cub Cadet tractors were built there. I won't try to list all the models.
The last Cub and 140 models were built there in 1979. I don't know when the last Cub Cadet was built there.
