No, IH did not make the spoke wheels. They are cut-offs. My H was originally shipped on rear steel wheels, the farmer wanted rubber so he would cut the spokes to the right size and weld on a rim. The IH rubber tires were mounted on a large cast center and wheel weights could be added. I love them. My H has a old pair of 12-38 Firestone tires.
