2300 is 540 pto. Hole above glow plug meter is key switch. Glow plug button is mounted on steering column near engine speed control lever. The wires run up the outside of the column. Gear speeds are on tacho (?)(isn't that something you eat) face. Push button start. Hole on right side is cigarette lighter. Don't have a 706. This picture is an image of a International 560D. I compared it with my 660D and it is the same. I have an extra injection pump if you need it. Trade for Field Marshall parts.
