660D Dashboard.

My 660 has a few holes in the Dash where I'm sure something should go. I have Oil, Water, Amps, Fuel, Glowplug Meter Gauges, Fuse holder. Hole above glowplug meter, glowplug switch I guess?,hole about half way down RH side of dash, near edge, no Tacho. Does Tacho have gear speeds on the face, should tractor be key start or push button, what engine revs is 540 PTO.Is glowplug switch similiar to 706. Probably enough questions for one posting, except, would someone be able to post a picture of a similiar dash, as the 660D was the only tractor of that vintage imported to Aus. and they are fairly rare.
