Assuming yours is a rowcrop (Farmall) 560 it should have power steering as factory equipment. In this case it would be on of few that didnt have pwer steering for some reason. Or it could be that it is worn out or not getting any oil.
If it is a 560 Standard on the other hand the original style power steering requires a different draglink/cylinder assembly for the steering, in addition to a piggy-back pump to supply oil to the steering cylinder.
So the question is is your 560 a row crop or standard.
