Well the easiest way of course is to get the original IH setup for it. This involves changing the draglink to the one with the cylinder also there is a mounting bracket for the end of the hydraulic ram. Than you also need two steel lines, one provides oil from the pump, the other returns the oil to the remote valve assembly using a special fitting. And than there are two hoses to connect the lines to the valve potion of the cylinder. And the other piece you need is the biggyback pump that mounts on the main hyd pump in the transmission. Thus providing the steering sector with oil in priority over the valves.
#19 is the main hydraulic pump and #25 is the piggyback pump that is added to it. Also the bracket you would need is #12, 35 only apllies to the 660
