If you have zero memory it is even easier to run on empty! My F300 had a lot of crud in the bottom of the tank when I bought it - as a stop gap measure to removing/cleaning/treating the tank as we all know we should - I installed a 2" long piece of rubber hose to keep the intake above the crud layer until I could take the time... three months later the 300 stopped running, dipped the tank nah I've got gas 2" worth - must be ignition problem...pulled would not start. I messed around part time for weeks before I rembered the 2' extension, poured in some gas and it ran fine. Goosh I miss my mind. Dick Davis

Today's Featured Article - Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
