F-20 project

Will a Continental engine, model # F400A613716S, serial #3326, fit an F-20, the original engine is in pieces and this engine was laying in front of the tractor, supposedly the ex owner was going to try to install this as it has more horsepower, I believe all the parts are there to rebuild the other engine which has a serial # OC73240, couldn't see the name it was too dark. Can anyone tell me anything about these engines.
