Don't know the laws where you are but in most states you have to give them 90 days to pick it up. After that it is your to do as you want with it. Now after the 90 days I would find some one on here or who collects tractors and sell it to them. To me there is no such thing as a scrap tractor and there has to be some good parts left on it that may be hard to buy from a dealer or after market. Shoot if you are close enough I might take it off your hands
