Though hard to believe there is/was standardization in some parts. Distributor/mag drives and several other engine driven accessories/parts can be interchanged with out much grief. On a mag the total advance needs to be close on both to make good power, but it will sure work. JimN

Today's Featured Article - Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
