Going thru a marrige break up a few years ago my M sat outside with nothing over the exhaust. Water entered my cylinder head thru the exhaust ports, froze up engine and just sat there getting worse. I finally got up the nerve to open it up and try to salvage it. No visable cracks on the head, and didnt magnaflux it. Put in a new gasket and started it up. Im still getting tons of water in my oil, and a little in my cylinders. Is there a particulare place that cracks on the M ???
