The rear axle seal leak will continue until the axle seal is replaced. The level in the trans should be about one finger joint below the plug to be both safe, and not leak much. I think I would live with it. If the oil leak at the square hole with missing plate is also tranny fluid, and not seaping from an external gasket, the seal in the torque tube requires a split of the tractor. If it is an external gasket, I would tighten the trans to torque tube bolts first to see if it will stop, or slow down. If not it also requires a split. (I would again live with it, unless it is drastic). JimN
