When building one you had best know what your doing or ya just built a hand gernade. Seen this more then once and one guy that i know who was to cheep to pay to have one done blew five engines before anyone of them made fifty hours . Then after the fifth one he brought me a junk block to build . When i told him that two of the cylinders had cracks in them he about came ungluded , Well we used his junk block and just bored out the two bad holes pressed in repair sleeves and bored them and installed the oversized sleeves fitted all the pistons to the holes that they were going into plus a linebore and decking of the block and recut countor bores refaced the head had the crank checked and reground and stuffed it together and sent him on his way that was some 15 years ago and it is still running.
