I can get you a complete list of bearings for a Super M, most, if not all will be the same for the M. Can't help you on the H.
Shop around at bearing supply houses for prices. If you are anywhere near Dallas try A&W bearing. Another place that has good prices is the E.B. Atmus company. go to www.ebatmus.com
All of the bearings are in metric dimensions. Measure the ID, OD and width on your H bearings and convert them to metric. Then you can look up the sizes yourself.
The only bearing I had to buy from IH was the trans pilot bearing. Also bought the reverse idler bushings from IH.
