Idle jet works back wards by the way. turn it out to lean it out and turn it in to make it richer. As far as the main jet if it has an adjustable one it should be low on the carb. Turn it in to lean it out and out to make it richer. But not all carbs have an adjustable main jet and if thats the case about the only way to fix it is replace the main jet its self
