Dave, I have a 340 Farmall with the wide front and 36 rear tires and its sit high in the front. I beleive this tractor could be had with 36 or 38 rears so I think thats the difference. I use mine to do the same thing you intend to do. I have a 2 bottom trailing plow that it pulls nicely, a 10ft disc that will sometimes bring it to its knees but I just pick it up with the tires and it works okay. I bought a 5ft king kutter brush hog for it and now wish I would have gotten a 6ft. Mine has the 2 point hitch I use an adapter with. I bought a 2001 loader for it last year but don't have it on the tractor yet. I think they're a great tractor for the small acreage guy. I paid 2500 for mine in 1995 so I think the price is about right. Make sure it has all the tin work because that stuff is hard to find. Hope this helps. PUTTER
