Yes the one you need to keep from rolling is the large one you are refering too. I know its not directly shown but its the one behind the flywheel.

A good way to keep it from rolling is to cut off part of an antifreeze jug or something and roll it round. Than put it in the the seal before pushing the shaft though. Than once its in be sure and check that it hasnt rolled with a flashlight and small mirror.
Also when you put the flywheel retaining nut on be sure to get it real tight. With mine I held the flywheel in place with a large prybar and tightened the nut with a hammer and punch. Like I said it needs to be real tight.
