It could have been either for color. And I messed up. The IH grill emblem (NOT the wings)went on both the Farmall and International grills on Super As, so what you've got there is right. Folks argue about whether the I in the serial number is for industrial or International, and I don't hear either side winning.
A lot of them were sold in yellow and used for mowing roadsides and ditches.
Can you tell what color was on it to begin with?
Just a quick look around places I have bookmarked and some catalogs, and I've only been able to find International decals at Maple-Hunter (ph 812-894-9759). They list them only in vinyl cut, and list it as Super AI International. Not clear if that is reference to Super A1 (not I) or not. Give them a call. There may be other sources, but Maple-Hunter is good to deal with and can fix you up with what you need.
