Have a freind that clean and rebuilt the carb. on his H farmall. But when he went to start it it ran wide open. Moving the throttle lever had no effect. He took it off and re- assembly it it started up and Idle but when he move the throttle lever it ran wide open again. Moving the throttle lever had no effect when he try to pull back the throttle. What should I check or do when I look at it? Thanks Eddie
