Kevin, there's a whole forum dedicated to pulling on this site you might want to check out.
AFAIK, the C301 is a "parent bore" engine, meaning it has no sleeves, and that block is pretty well bored out to its limits at that displacement. The only way to get more cubes and still be able to rebuild the engine once or twice is to make it a stroker, if you can find the crank.
Frankly, you're going to have enough trouble getting what horsepower you do have now to the ground in an effective manner... I'd work on the traction part and run it a while to see what it needs before tearing it down.
