F-4 mag on f-12 tractor, Will crank but runs in a bind. Just barely will pull itself, just rebuilt engine so compression is good. Could weak fire cause it to run that sluggish. I have the rotor marks lined up, new points,and condensor but the fire does'nt impress me that much.Can it be strong enough to run but not pull. Thanks for any help, Ken.
