The govenor is working, it seems to me it is out of time. I have moved the mag bolt in several places but it never gets right. The tdc no. one cylinder with rotor pointing at no. one plug will not start. It has to be moved two to three holes to get started. Mag drive gear and crank are lined up. I'll keep trying, thanks for the help, ken.
