Okay, time to sound stupid. Where is the friction adjustment located?? Also, attached to the hitch hydraulic rocker arm, is a long bolt with a huge spring. It only seems to engage when the arm is in the up position. Am I assuming correctly that this is just to keep it from slamming into the full upright position? Because the bolt was backed out to the point that the spring never engaged. Thanks. Dave
