This tractor doesn't appear to have a coil at least not the kind that is on my AC WD. I think there is a magneto. Would there also be a coil? If so what would it look like? I cut wood with the tractor again today. It ran like new for the first five minutes, then started to run rough again. I ran it that way for about an hour. I think the saw acted like a fly wheel and kept it running. As soon as I disengaged the saw, the tractor stalled out. I checked the carburetor drain plug and there was still plenty of gas that ran out. I took off the distributor cap and sanded all the contact points, and the rotor. I took off the sediment bowl and cleaned it. There was some rust in it and one piece in the fitting that comes out of the tank. I cleaned them all out but it still ran rough and finally stalled out again.
