Hello, i have a 52 H i am setting up for stock antique pulling. It is an X1E (low speed, 5000 ft). I have pulled it once so far on a hard track and it did ok. It runs great and seems to have good power. I purchaced a set of higher compression 3 3/8 pistons with the taller domes. I am assuming these work with the stock head ok. Is there a way to put bigger valves in it to help it breath? What about intake and exhaust using OEM parts? It has a gas manifold on it. I plan on pulling it in 4000 and 5000 lb classes. Have pressed wheels on it and weight brackets in rear, front and mid section to keep it balanced. Any other little tricks i can do. I ran it on a dyno and got 28 hp out of it which i thought was pretty good for a stock 55 year old machine. thanks and happy new year.
