tractor is split at front of trans, top shaft is out, 4th gear has broken teeth, not enough space for rear shaft bearing to clear case and lift out. Can't move shaft back to clear front. Took idlers out, tried to drive bearing back off shaft after removing snap ring, but won't move. Going to take pto shaft out, remove bearing retainer and see if this will work.
