I assume (possibly wrongly)the plug wires and such are on correctly, and that the only thing modified was the carb. (I note that some of the "old carb" symptoms are still here) The choke needs to be looked at through the intake to be sure it is not partially closed. The float level may be off (too high) or the carb was on the shelf too long and the needle sticks some flooding it some. If it were mine I would make sure i=of the plug wires and tuneup factors, then dive into the carb float and possible water in the fuel issues. Start a new thread when you post next. JimN
