If you do not have a blind hole bearing puller, here are two other methods you can try.
Find a shaft that is a close fit inside the bushing. Fill the cavity behind, and the bushing, with grease. Start the shaft into the bushing and give it few whacks with a hammer. You may need to add more grease as the bushing starts coming out.
If the bushing is worn too much to get a good fit on a chunck of shaft, get a tap that will thread into the bushing and screw that in until it bottoms out. Keep turning and the bushing should be forced out.
