check the air cleaner and all the plumbing. could be mice or mud dauber wasps built a cozy little home in there and plugged it up. if thats all clear, try running a hotter plug. i've gone up a couple numbers on the heat range on my old tractors because of fouling. read here that the new fuels foul the the plugs, if you run champs try d-18's or 3116 in autolites. also read here you can run up to a d-21, but thats a real hot plug.
