Those pads are available from a variety of sources as are the radiator mounting pads. You can make them yourself, but if the material chosen is not of the correct thickness, you will encounter problems with the hood not fitting correctly, or in the situation with the radiator, the steering shaft could end up interfering with the hole that it passes through.
