When I was a kid we had some cousins who lived just down the road who had a dairy farm. I can tell you the stuff we had was not skimpy on the cream or the eggs! I saw my cousin at a family reunion a while back and brought it up while we we having a fresh churned bowl of a more "heart friendly" type. He said that recipe was the sole reason for the cardiac unit being located in the neighborhood, but boy was it good!
