Is there a cam bushing on farmall a (c113) engine?

I took my block in to a machine shop to get cleaned and the guy said the front cam bearing must have fallen out during cleaning. He measured the cam behind the timing gear and the hole it goes in and there was a big difference. No one list a bushing and the repair manual says the bushings are bored into the block, but something must have been there, how could 1 hole wear that much without the other 2 holes wearing? What do I do now?
