I believe that tractor has been for sale for at least a couple of years more or less, as it is not the 1st time I have seen it. Could be one of a kind, may not be, I don't know. Messick's is a legitimate dealer, in fact they had Case-IH's online parts catalog on the web before CaseIH did.

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
