8 ft is more common, paint the pipes flat black with a thin stripe on the top in contrasting color. There are even hurds of cattle that respond to "painted on" guards No actual guard, just paint. Put in one guard that works and get them convinced. JimN

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
