$8000 SMTA in IL

I recently saw on Martin Auction"s website that a Super MTA recently brought $8000. Does anyone know what was so special about that particular tractor or is that the going price now-a-days? The only thing I can see is that it may have been a diesel, but can"t read the decal very well. I have seen some good restored SMTAs go for around $5000. This one was original. I by no means am critisizing as it wasn"t my money, but I found it very interesting. Thanks for your time.
