Interpret question different than TV. If screw head is around 1/2 inch diameter, its actualy a nut that holds main discharge jet in bowl of carburetor. Theres a gasket under nut and one on other end of jet. If it won't tighten or leaks the bowl has to be removed to get to other end. If this is not what you mean forget about this post.
