Cars and tractors are two seperate beast. Look up any 74/84/85/66/86 and some more on CaseIH. com and you can see for yourself. IH has been using the ether assist for 40 years and it works very well. Had I had no clue as to what Michael was asking I would not have replied to him at all. Prior to this system IH did use glow plugs on lots of tractors, but I am telling it like it is. His tractor and all other 84 series tractors have this devise on them. No I do not fool with many cars as I am a farmer who has fooled with lots of different tractors. I know very little about the 2500, but it is not a 484. Just trying to help.
