Carb sweats...?

So I"m not mechanic but you guys have been very helpful solving some of my problems. So when I am using the tractor I notice that the carb sort of sweats. My tractor runs like a champ so I"m thinking this is normal. Can anyone tell me why it would do this so I can stop worrying about this. Thanks, Andy
